The present invention provides a mobile agitated compost disposal device. By further extending a height at which the compost in front rides on spiral wings of a rotating agitating screw and increasing the height of compost rising and falling backward by the agitating screw, the efficiency of uniformly agitating the compost is improved, and fermentation and drying time can be further shortened. By installing a means for supplying air to the compost in a position close to the agitating screw and moving the same together with the agitating screw, it is possible to concentrate air on falling compost and effectively supply the same when the compost rises and falls backwards by an agitating screw and is agitated. The mobile agitated compost disposal device of the present invention further comprises a compost rising guide plate which guides the compost rising on spiral wings of the agitating screw to an upper part, and in which an upper end is fixed to a driving part and installed in the vertical direction in parallel to the length of a pair of agitating screws at the rear of the agitating screws. The cross-sectional shape of the compost rising guide plate is made by connecting a pair of semi-circular guide parts corresponding to the spiral wings of the pair of stirring screws, and a compost dropping hole is formed in the upper part of the compost rising guide plate. 본 발명은 전방의 퇴비가 회전하는 교반스크류의 나선형날개를 타고 상승하는 높이를 더욱 연장하여 교반스크류에 의해 퇴비가 상승하였다가 후방으로 낙하는 높이를 증대시킴으로써 퇴비를 균일하게 교반하는 효율을 향상시켜 발효 및 건조시간을 더욱 단축시킬 수 있고, 퇴비에 공기를 공급하기 위한 수단을 교반스크류에 근접한 위치에 설치하여 교반스크류와 함께 이동시킴으로써 교반스크류에 의해 퇴비가 상승였다가 후방으로 낙하하면서 교반될 때 낙하하는 퇴비에 공기를 집중시켜 효과적으로 공급할 수 있는 이동 교반식 퇴비 처리장치를 제공한다. 본 발명의 이동 교반식 퇴비 처리장치는 구동부에 상단이 고정되고 한쌍의 교반스크류의 후방에 교반스크류의 길이에 대응하여 나란한 수직방향으로 설치되어 교반스크류의 나선형날개를 타고 상승하는 퇴비를 상부로 유도하는 퇴비상승유도판을 더 포함하며, 퇴비상승유도판의 단면 형상은 한쌍의 교반스크류의 나선형날개에 대응하는 한쌍의 반원형 유도부를 연결하여 이루어지고, 퇴비상승유도판의 상부에는 퇴비 낙하구멍을 형성한 것이다.
