The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing sanitary paper for treatment of excreta of a companion dog and sanitary paper thereof, equipped with water resistance, wet strength, elasticity, and water dispersibility such that a user collects excreta of a companion dog and throws the excreta into the toilet. According to the present invention, water resistance is applied to sanitary paper so as to properly adjust wet strength, elasticity and water dispersibility. Accordingly, even when a user collects excreta of a companion dog using the sanitary paper and throws the sanitary paper into the toilet, clogging of the toilet is prevented, such that excreta can be safely and easily treated. Creping is performed on the sanitary paper during a drying process of the sanity paper so as to form wrinkles on the sanitary paper, such that excreta of a companion dog is easily wrapped and is prevented from leaking to the outside, and thus, a user can easily treat excreta. 본 발명은 반려견의 대변을 수거하여 양변기에 버릴 수 있도록 내수성, 습윤강도, 신축성 및 수분산성을 함께 구비한 반려견 대변 처리용 위생용지의 제조방법 및 그 위생용지에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면, 위생용지에 내수성을 부여하고, 습윤강도, 신축성 및 수 분산성을 적정하게 조정하여 반려견의 대변을 위생용지로 수거한 다음, 양변기에 버려도 양변기의 막힘을 방지할 수 있으므로 안전하고 용이하게 처리할 수 있고, 위생용지의 건조과정에서 크레이핑(creping) 처리하여 주름을 형성시킴에 따라 반려견의 대변을 용이하게 감쌀 수 있고, 동시에 대변이 배어 나오지 않도록 용이하게 처리할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
