The present invention relates to a flooring material with excellent impact resistance and chemical resistance. The flooring material according to the present invention comprises: a resin part including a water-soluble urethane A part including caster oil, water, and diisononyl phthalate and a urethane curing agent B part including isocyanic acid polymethylenepoly phenylene ester, and diphenyl methane diisocyanate; and a C part including white cement, alumina cement, slaked lime, silica sand having a particle size of 90-110 mesh, silica sand having a particle size of 60-80 mesh, silica sand having a particle size of 18-30 mesh, a white dye and silver nano antibacterial powder, wherein the A part is contained in an amount of 10-20 wt%, the B part is contained in an amount of 10-20 wt%, and the C part is contained in an amount of 65-75 wt%. 본 발명은, Caster Oil, Water, 및 디이소노닐 프탈레이트(diisononyl phthalate)를 포함하는 수용성 우레탄 A부와, Isocyanic acid polymethylenepoly phenylene ester, 및 Diphenyl methane diisocyanate를 포함하여 이루어지는 우레탄 경화제 B부로 이루어지는 수지부; 및 백시멘트, 알루미나시멘트, 소석회, 규사 90~110mesh, 규사 60~80mesh, 규사 18~30mesh, 백색지당 및 은나노 항균 파우다를 포함하는 C부로 이루어지고, 상기 A부 10~20중량%, 상기 B부 10~20중량% 및 상기 C부 65~75중량%로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
