Summary: | The present invention relates to a method for producing benzoic acid through a selective oxidation reaction from crude acetophenone containing 2-phenyl propionaldehyde, in which pre-separation of crude acetophenone containing 2-phenyl propionaldehyde is performed at a high temperature, and by using acid as a catalyst and benzoic acid and water as co-catalysts, the 2-phenyl propionaldehyde is converted to the acetophenone, and thus the benzoic acid can be efficiently produced in a high yield.
본 발명은 2-페닐 프로피온알데히드가 포함된 조 아세토페논으로부터 선택적 산화반응을 통한 벤조산의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 2-페닐 프로피온알데히드가 포함된 조 아세토페논을 고온에서 사전분리를 거친 다음, 산을 촉매로, 벤조산 및 물을 조촉매로 사용하여 2-페닐 프로피온알데히드를 아세토페논으로 전환시킴으로써 벤조산을 고수율로 효율적으로 생산할 수 있다. |
