Summary:The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a foamed film having buffering properties, in which a resin composition of an ethylene-propylene-diene terpolymer except an ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer is used to be molded into a blown bubble film, and thus, it is possible to reduce the density of the foamed film, and a state of a foam cell becomes uniform and mechanical properties and heat resistance of the film become balanced. According to the present invention, since melt viscosity and viscoelasticity of the composition are improved by the ethylene-propylene-diene terpolymer, even if the blown bubble is slowly cooled, the molding stability of the foamed film and blocking resistance are improved. 본 발명은 완충성을 가지는 발포 필름의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 에틸렌 비닐아세테이트 공중합체 이외에 저밀도 폴리에틸렌, 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 및 에틸렌-프로필렌-디엔 3원 공중합체의 수지 조성물을 이용하여 블로운 버블 필름으로 성형함으로써, 발포 필름의 저밀도화가 가능해지고 발포 셀의 상태가 균일해지고 필름의 기계적 물성, 내열성이 균형이 있게 나타나는 것이 가능해진다. 본 발명에 따르면 에틸렌-프로필렌-디엔 3원 공중합체에 의해 조성물의 용융점도와 점탄성이 향상되므로 블로운 버블을 서냉하여도 발포 필름의 성형 안정성이 향상되고 내블로킹성이 향상되는 것이 가능해진다.
