The present invention discloses an electrogas welding device for both a flat panel and a curved panel capable of driving horizontally without a rail, comprising: a driving trolley(110) for following a horizontal butt welding connection part(10) of a flat panel or a curved panel and driving ahead through front wheels(111); a welding trolley(120) connected to the driving trolley(110) through a link part(121) to drive behind through rear wheels; a welding part(130) combined with the welding trolley(120) to weld a horizontal butt welding connection part(10); magnetic parts arranged on the driving trolley(110) and the welding trolley(120) respectively to attach the driving trolley(110) and the welding trolley(120) respectively to a flat panel or a curved panel using a magnetic force; and a control part(150) for controlling the driving of the driving trolley(110) and the welding of the welding part(130).
