Summary:In accordance with the present invention, a reducing agent mixer includes: an outer case formed into a cylindrical shape stood vertically, while leading exhaust gas to be introduced into a lower side of its internal space; an inner case formed into a cylindrical shape stood vertically to be mounted in the outer case; a center pipe mounted to be stood on the center axis of the inner case; a helical plate combined in a structure surrounding an outer side of the center pipe in a helical form; and a reducing agent spray pipe combined to sequentially penetrate a side wall of the outer case and a side wall of the inner case to spray a reducing agent to a space between the inner case and the center pipe. In accordance with the present invention, the reducing agent mixer having a reducing agent solidification prevention function is capable of preventing the solidification of a reducing agent by leading exhaust gas to flow fast throughout all sections; and preventing a liquefied reducing agent from being converted into droplets by spraying exhaust gas with high pressure to a section in which the reducing agent is sprayed. 본 발명에 의한 환원제 믹서는, 수직으로 세워진 원통형상을 이루되, 내부공간 하측으로 배기가스가 유입되는 외부케이스; 수직으로 세워진 원통형상으로 형성되어 상기 외부케이스의 내부에 장착되는 내부케이스; 상기 내부케이스의 중심축 상에 세워지도록 장착되는 중심관; 상기 중심관의 외측면을 나선형으로 감싸는 구조로 결합되는 헬리컬 플레이트; 상기 외부케이스의 측벽과 상기 내부케이스의 측벽을 순차적으로 관통하도록 결합되어, 상기 내부케이스와 중심관 사이의 공간으로 환원제를 분사하는 환원제 분사관;을 포함하여 구성된다. 본 발명에 의한 환원제 고형화 방지기능을 구비하는 환원제 믹서를 이용하면, 배기가스가 모든 구간에 걸쳐 빠르게 유동하도록 함으로써 환원제가 고형화되는 현상을 방지할 수 있고, 액상의 환원제가 분사되는 구간에 배기가스가 고압으로 분사되도록 함으로써 환원제의 액적화를 방지할 수 있다는 장점이 있다.
