Summary:The present invention relates to a microorganism production medium and a culture process for the organic oxidation of methanol. An organic acid to be oxidized is oxalic acid. The microorganism production medium contains 1 to 5% of methanol, 1 to 5% of xylose, and 0.01 to 0.05% of calcium chloride for 1 L of the total medium. The microorganism production medium further contains potassium dihydrogen phosphate (KH_2PO_4), ammonium sulfate ((NH_4)_2SO_4), magnesium sulfate (MgSO_4), iron sulfate (FeSO_4), manganese sulfate (MnSO_4), zinc sulfate (ZnSO_4) or boric acid (H_3BO_3). According to the present invention, by providing an organic acid production process using microorganisms of Aspergillus. sp, it is possible to mass-produce organic acids such as high value-added oxalic acid using methanol obtained as a result of the refinement of C1 gas such as methane. 본 발명은 메탄올을 유기산화 하는 미생물 생산배지와 배양공정에 관한 것으로서, 상기 유기산화 되는 유기산은 옥살산(oxalic acid)이고, 상기 미생물 생산배지는 전체 배지 1L에 대하여 메탄올 1 내지 5%, 자일로스 1 내지 5% 및 염화칼슘 0.01 내지 0.05%를 포함하고, 상기 미생물 생산배지는 인산이수소칼륨(KH2PO4), 황산암모늄((NH4)2SO4), 황산마그네슘(MgSO4), 황산철(FeSO4), 황산망간(MnSO4), 황산아연(ZnSO4) 또는 붕산(H3BO3)을 더 포함한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 아스퍼질러스(Aspergillus. sp)속 미생물을 이용한 유기산 생상공정을 제공함으로써, 메탄과 같은 C1가스의 리파이너리 결과로 얻은 메탄올을 이용하여 고부가가치의옥살산과 같은 유기산을 대량으로 생산할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
