The method comprises the process of: providing a mask molded body in a mask molding apparatus; transferring the mask molded body to an earring welding device through a mask molded body transport device arranged in line with the mask molding device; and welding earrings to the mask molded body. Accordingly, it is possible to improve the productivity of a disposable mask. 본 발명은 마스크 제조 설비 및 방법에 관한 것으로, 마스크 성형 장치에서 마스크 성형체를 마련하는 과정; 상기 마스크 성형체를 상기 마스크 성형 장치와 일렬로 배치된 마스크 성형체 이송 장치를 통과하여 귀걸이 용착 장치로 이송시키는 과정; 및 상기 마스크 성형체에 상기 귀걸이를 용착시키는 과정;을 포함하고, 일회용 마스크의 생산성을 향상시킬 수 있다.
