Provided are an exhaust gas post-treatment apparatus and a silencer integrated structure. The exhaust gas post-treatment apparatus and the silencer integrated structure comprise: a housing having an intake duct and an exhaust duct; the exhaust gas post-treatment apparatus disposed in the housing; and the silencer disposed between the exhaust duct and the exhaust gas post-treatment apparatus to define an internal space through which an exhaust gas discharged from the exhaust gas post-treatment apparatus flows. The silencer includes: a plate having a narrower width toward the exhaust duct in the exhaust gas post-treatment apparatus; a resonator comprising a plurality of holes defined in the plate; and tubes inserted into a plurality of holes of the resonator. An object of the present invention is to provide the exhaust gas post-treatment apparatus and the silencer integrated structure, which are for reducing excessive input of space and cost. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 배기가스 후처리 장치와 소음기 일체형 구조를 제공한다. 배기가스 후처리 장치와 소음기 일체형 구조는 흡입 덕트와 배출 덕트를 가지는 하우징, 상기 하우징 내에 배치되는 배기가스 후처리 장치 및 상기 배출 덕트와 상기 배기가스 후처리 장치 사이에 배치되어 상기 배기가스 후처리 장치에서 배출된 배기가스가 유동되는 내부 공간이 정의된 소음기를 포함하고, 상기 소음기는 상기 배기가스 후처리 장치에서 상기 배출 덕트를 향할수록 폭이 좁아지는 플레이트와 상기 플레이트에 정의된 다수의 홀들을 포함하는 공명기 및 상기 공명기의 다수의 홀들에 삽입되는 튜브들을 포함한다.
