A purpose of the present invention is to provide a substrate processing device capable of stably transferring a substrate between a plurality of chambers. The substrate processing device of the present invention for implementing the purpose comprises: a plurality of chambers arranged at regular intervals along a circumferential direction to process a substrate; and a turntable provided to rotate to transfer the substrate between a plurality of chambers. A stage mounted on the substrate and a stage driving unit configured to provide driving power to vertically elevate the stage are installed in at least one chamber among the plurality of chambers. The turntable comprises: a turntable body elevated and rotated by a turntable driving unit; and a ring-shaped turntable ring provided to be detachable from the turntable body while being placed on the turntable body. 본 발명은 다수의 챔버 사이에 기판을 안정적으로 이송시킬 수 있는 기판처리장치를 제공하고자 함에 그 목적이 있다. 이를 구현하기 위한 본 발명의 기판처리장치는, 기판을 처리하기 위해 원주방향을 따라 일정 간격으로 배치된 다수의 챔버와 상기 다수의 챔버 간에 상기 기판을 이송하기 위해 회전하도록 구비된 턴테이블을 포함하는 기판처리장치에 있어서, 상기 다수의 챔버 중 적어도 하나의 챔버에는, 상기 기판이 안착되는 스테이지와, 상기 스테이지를 상하 승강시키기 위한 구동력을 제공하는 스테이지 구동부가 구비되고; 상기 턴테이블은, 턴테이블 구동부에 의해 승강 및 회전하는 턴테이블 본체; 상기 턴테이블 본체에 안착된 상태에서 상기 턴테이블 본체로부터 분리가능하도록 구비된 링 형상의 턴테이블 링을 포함한다.
