The present invention relates to a neck cushion for a headrest capable of being detachable, separable, and movable in a curve, which allows a panel having a cushion to be easily separated, thereby enabling a panel having a different cushion to be compatible therewith, and allows the cushion to vertically move in a curve. The neck cushion for a headrest comprises: a panel on the front of which a cushion covered with a cover is positioned, and which can be separated and compatible by a detachable means by including first and second hook protrusions provided on the left and right sides of the rear surface thereof; a case having an accommodating space therein, and having through holes formed in the front thereof so that the first and second hook protrusions are penetrated and inserted thereinto, and having a pair of guide grooves vertically formed on the rear surface thereof so that the case is moved vertically in a curve by a rotation guide part; the rotation guide part having guide protrusions provided on left and right sides of a front plate formed in an arc shape and accommodated in the guide grooves, so that the case is moved vertically in the curve; a separation preventing member for preventing the case from being separated from the rotation guide part; a detachable means installed on the case to lock or release the first and second hook protrusions so that the panel having the cushion is detachable; and an angle adjusting means installed on the case to adjust the case moving vertically in the curve along the rotation guide part. 본 발명은 쿠션이 구비된 패널의 분리가 용이하여 다른 쿠션이 구비된 패널의 호환이 가능하며, 쿠션의 상하 커브 이동이 가능한 헤드레스트용 목쿠션에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 분리 호환 및 커브 이동이 가능한 헤드레스트용 목쿠션은 정면에 커버로 감싸진 쿠션이 위치되고, 후면 좌·우측에 제1 후크돌기 및 제2 후크돌기가 구비되어 후술할 착탈수단에 의해 분리 호환 가능한 패널; 내부에 수용공간이 구비되고 정면에 상기 제1 및 제2 후크돌기가 관통 산입되는 관통공이 형성되며 후면에 수직으로 한 쌍의 가이드 홈이 형성되어 후술할 회전 가이드 부에 의해 상하로 커브 이동하는 케이스; 호형으로 이루어진 정면판 좌·우측에 상기 가이드 홈에 수용되는 가이드 돌기가 구비되어 상기 케이스가 상하로 커브 이동되도록 하는 회전 가이드 부; 상기 케이스가 상기 회전 가이드 부에서 이탈하는 것을 방지하는 이탈방지부재; 상기 케이스에 설치되어 상기 제1 및 제2 후크돌기를 잠금하거나 해제하여 쿠션이 구비된 패널이 착탈 가능하게 하는 착탈수단; 및 상기 케이스에 설치되어 상기 회전 가이드 부를 따라 상하로 커브 이동하는 케이스를 조절하는 각도 조절수단;을 포함하여 이루어진다.
