Summary:The present invention provides a method for reflecting an EOP on high stuck diagnosis of a fluid temperature sensor, applied to an AT system (1), in which if a temperature difference between an auto transmission fluid and a cooling lubricant, causing a heat exchange effect, is detected by a transmission control unit (TCU) (10) when an engine is operated by an IG-ON, the high stuck diagnosis discriminated according to the temperature difference between the auto transmission fluid and the cooling lubricant is performed, and then, if the auto transmission temperature changes, a high stuck failure is determined when a delay time with respect to an auto transmission fluid temperature, a cooling water temperature and a cooling lubricant temperature is counted and accumulated, thereby preventing a high stuck diagnosis error due to a rise in the auto transmission fluid temperature after soaking to basically block any influence exerted on the high stuck diagnosis error by an EOP (6-2) and in particular, excluding replacement of an auto transmission fluid temperature value exerting an influence on operability in a new driving cycle of IG-ON to prevent unnecessary fluid temperature sensor exchange and warranty work (AS). 본 발명의 AT 시스템(1)에 적용된 유온센서 High Stuck 진단 EOP 반영 방법은 IG ON에 의한 엔진 운전 시 TCU(Transmission Control Unit)(10)에 의해 제어유(Auto Transmission Fluid)와 냉각윤활유의 온도에서 열교환 효과를 발생하는 온도차가 검출되면, 제어유온과 냉각윤활유온의 온도차로 구분된 High Stuck 진단 수행 후 제어유온 변화 시 대한 제어유온과 냉각수온 및 냉각윤활유온에 대한 지연시간 카운트 누적 시 High Stuck 고장 판정이 이루어져 Soaking 후 제어유온 상승으로 인한 High Stuck 오진단을 방지함으로써 High Stuck 오진단에서 EOP(6-2)가 끼치는 영향이 원천적으로 차단되고, 특히 IG ON의 새로운 드라이빙 사이클에서 운전성에 영향이 가는 제어유온 값 대체를 배제함으로써 불필요한 유온 센서 교환 및 AS를 방지할 수 있는 특징이 구현된다.
