The present invention relates to a carbon discharge wire dust collecting filter capable of increasing dust collection efficiency and effectively reducing ozone generation. The carbon discharge wire dust collecting filter according to one embodiment of the present invention can include: a dust collecting unit which includes a plurality of dust collecting plates spaced apart from each other to form a space for introducing air and collecting charged fine particles; a discharge electrode which includes a carbon discharge wire and is spaced apart from the dust collecting unit to be formed in a direction perpendicular to the dust collecting plates; and a discharge electrode jig in which the discharge electrode is installed in a direction perpendicular on one side, and which is spaced apart from the dust collecting unit by a predetermined distance, and adjusts the distance between the dust collecting unit and the discharge electrode. 본 발명은 집진 효율을 증가시키고, 오존 발생량을 효과적으로 저감시킬 수 있는 탄소방전와이어 집진필터에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 탄소방전와이어 집진필터는 복수 개가 서로 이격되어 공기가 유입되는 공간을 형성하고, 대전된 미세 입자를 포집할 수 있는 집진판을 포함하는 집진부; 탄소방전와이어를 포함하고, 상기 집진부와 이격되어 상기 집진판과 수직한 방향으로 형성되는 방전극; 및 상기 방전극이 일측면에 수직한 방향으로 설치되고, 상기 집진부와 소정 간격 이격되어 위치하며 상기 집진부와 방전극 간의 간격을 조절하는 방전극 지그(jig)를 포함할 수 있다.
