The touch display device comprises: a substrate; a transistor; a pixel electrode; a common electrode; an encapsulation layer; a plurality of touch electrodes; a plurality of touchpads; a plurality of touch routing wiring; and a plurality of perimeter switches. 본 발명의 실시예들은 터치 디스플레이 장치에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는, 효율적인 검사 진행을 가능하게 하고 검사 패드 개수를 저감할 수 있는 구조를 갖는 터치 디스플레이 장치에 관한 것이다.
