Summary:The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a jounce bumper, and more specifically, to a method for manufacturing a jounce bumper which relieves the shock load of a spring at one end of the spring causing a compressive behavior in an automobile suspension system. The jounce bumper has a porous material formed therein so as to be contracted to absorb the shock load caused by the compression behavior of the spring, and is manufactured by foam injection molding for recycling and weight reduction of the jounce bumper. 본 발명은 자동차 현가장치에서 압축거동을 일으키는 스프링의 일단에서 상기 스프링의 충격하중을 완화하는 자운스범퍼의 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 자운스범퍼는 상기 스프링의 압축거동에 의한 충격하중의 흡수를 위해 수축이 가능하도록 내부에 다공질이 형성되되, 상기 자운스범퍼의 리사이클링과 경량화를 위해 발포 사출성형 하여 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자운스범퍼 제조방법이 제공된다.
