Summary:The present invention relates to a seat plate for a thermal bench using a carbon heating sheet. In the middle of one side is a high vertical part (11) and the other side has a high vertical part (12), between the medium middle height vertical parts (13), spaced at equal intervals, an under flat part (14) and an upper flat part (15) are provided in sequence. In the middle of one side high depth tunnel (16) and the other side high depth tunnel (17), a medium shot depth open part (18) and a medium middle depth tunnel (19) are alternately provided. Thus, the upper flat part (15) is allowed to be spaced apart from a frame (F), while surface contact is prevented, so heat loss caused by the surface contact with the frame (F) can be prevented. At the same time, an insulation foam (20) allows a medium shot depth filling part (23) to be formed, thereby ensuring light weight. On the other hand, when the under flat part (14) is supported by the frame (F), heat loss, caused by the surface contact, can be blocked due to one side high depth filling part (21), the other side high depth filling part (22), and a medium middle depth filling part (24) of the insulation foam (20). Thus, while lightness is ensured due to weight of the insulation foam 20 overall minimized, efficiency of insulation can be increased. Furthermore, while the thickness of a base plate (10) is reduced, strength in a vertical direction can be ensured due to an under flat part (14) and an upper flat part (15) along with the medium height vertical parts (13) between one side high vertical part (11) and the other side high vertical part (12). Therefore, the thickness of the base plate (10) is reduced, so that lightness can be realized and heat loss can be prevented. 본 발명은 일측하이높이수직부(11) 및 타측하이높이수직부(12) 중간에 등간격으로 이격된 중간미들높이수직부(13)들 사이에 언더평탄부(14) 및 어퍼평탄부(15)를 순차 가지도록 하여 일측하이깊이터널(16) 및 타측하이깊이터널(17) 중간에 중간숏깊이오픈부(18) 및 중간미들깊이터널(19)을 교번적으로 지닐 수 있도록 함으로써, 어퍼평탄부(15)로 하여금 프레임(F)으로부터 이격되도록 하면서 면접촉을 피할 수 있도록 하여 프레임(F)과의 면접촉에 의한 열손실을 방지케 함과 동시에 단열폼(20)으로 하여금 중간숏깊이채움부(23)를 형성케 하여 경량까지 보장토록 하고, 반면 언더평탄부(14)가 프레임(F)에 지지될 때 면접촉에 의해 초래되는 열손실을 단열폼(20)의 일측하이깊이채움부(21) 및 타측하이깊이채움부(22) 나아가 중간미들깊이채움부(24)로서 차단할 수 있도록 하여, 전체적으로 최소화된 단열폼(20)의 중량으로 가벼움을 보장하면서도 단열의 효율까지 증진케 하며, 나아가 베이스플레이트(10)의 두께를 얇게 하면서도 일측하이높이수직부(11) 및 타측하이높이수직부(12) 사이의 중간미들높이수직부(13)들과 더불어 언더평탄부(14) 및 어퍼평탄부(15)에 의한 상하방향 강도까지 보장케 하여 베이스플레이트(10)의 두께의 최소화로 가벼움을 실현하면서도 열손실까지 방지토록 한 카본발열시트를 이용한 온열벤치용 좌판에 관한 발명이다.
