Summary:The present invention provides a return service method capable of expediting return processing through a special type of waybill containing return information and a plurality of return boxes scattered by region. The return service method comprises the steps of: delivering a product to which a waybill is attached by a courier company; sending return information, the unique number and password of a return box to a return service server; allowing the return service server to transmit the return information to a courier service server managed by the courier company, a shopping mall server, and a seller terminal; and allowing the courier company to collect the product from the return box. 본 발명의 목적은, 반품 정보가 포함된 특별한 형태의 운송장과 지역별로 다수개 산재한 반품함을 통해 반품 처리가 신속히 이루어지도록 할 수 있는, 반품 서비스 방법을 제공하는 것이다.
