Summary:The present invention aims to provide a separable hood for a kitchen, which is able to use a centrifugal fan, to be installed in a small ceiling space, to have a good ventilation performance, and to reduce noise. According to the present invention, an assembly structure of the hood for ventilation of the kitchen comprises: a housing made of porous resin materials and formed in an enclosure shape, in which on one surface an inlet unit is formed, through which the air is absorbed, and on the other surface facing the surface, an outlet unit is formed, through which the air is discharged; and the centrifugal fan stored in the housing. The centrifugal fan includes: an impeller which absorbs the air from an upper side and discharges the air to the sides, and which is installed on a lower surface of the housing; an impeller housing which stores the impeller, and forms a flow path in a radius direction of the impeller; and an impeller discharge unit extended from the impeller housing to be connected to the outlet unit. The lower surfaces of the impeller housing and the impeller discharge unit are opened, and are installed on the lower surface of the housing, thereby forming the flow path. 본 발명은 원심팬을 사용하면서, 좁은 천장 공간에 설치될 수 있어, 환풍 성능이 양호하고, 소음을 저감할 수 있는 주방용 분리형 후드를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 하며, 주방 환기에 사용되는 후드의 조립 구조로서, 다공성 수지재로 형성되고, 함체 형상으로 형성되며, 일면에 공기가 흡입되는 흡입부가 형성되고, 상기 일면과 마주보는 타면에 공기가 토출되는 토출부가 형성되는 하우징; 및 상기 하우징 내부에 수납되는 원심팬; 을 포함하며, 상기 원심팬은, 공기를 상방에서 흡입하여 측방향으로 송풍하며 상기 하우징의 하면에 설치되는 임펠러와, 상기 임펠러가 수납되며 상기 임펠러의 반경방향으로 유로를 형성하는 임펠러하우징과, 상기 임펠러하우징으로부터 연장되며 상기 토출부에 연결되는 임펠러토출부를 포함하고, 상기 임펠러하우징과 임펠러토출부의 하면은 개방되며, 상기 하우징의 하면에 설치됨으로써, 상기 유로를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
