The present invention relates to a system for preventing an electricity safety accident in an apartment building, capable of enabling a multi-socket used for each household of an apartment building or the like to be installed in a form better in preventing the occurrence of an electricity safety accident while, if a function for preventing the occurrence of an electricity safety accident is not normally running, automatically reporting the situation to a security office of the corresponding apartment building such that necessary action can be quickly taken. According to the present invention, the system includes: a socket concealing case in which a multi-socket is detachably mounted with plug insertion ports facing a side, having a form concealing the plug insertion ports and plugs of electronic devices inserted in the plug insertion ports from the outside; a human body sensing sensor, a socket exposure sensing sensor, a speaker, a control part, and a first near field communication module, installed in the socket concealing case regarded as a base body; and a second near field communication module installed on a household intercom of a corresponding apartment household so as to perform wireless communication with the first near field communication module. 본 발명은 아파트 등 공동주택의 각 세대에서 사용되는 멀티콘센트가 감전사고 등 전기안전사고의 발생을 보다 잘 방지하는 형태로 설치되게 하는 동시에 이러한 전기안전사고 발생에 대한 방지 기능이 정상적으로 발휘되지 못하고 있을 경우 그 사실이 해당 공동주택의 경비실로 자동 전달되어 필요 조치가 신속하게 취해질 수 있도록 하는 공동주택 전기의 안전사고 예방 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따른 공동주택 전기의 안전사고 예방 시스템은 멀티콘센트가 플러그 삽입구들을 옆쪽으로 향한 상태로 탈착 가능하게 장착되며, 상기 플러그 삽입구들 및 상기 플러그 삽입구에 꽂힌 전자기기의 플러그를 외부로부터 가릴 수 있는 형태인 콘센트 은폐 케이스와, 이러한 콘센트 은폐 케이스를 모체로 설치되는 인체감지센서, 콘센트 노출 감지센서, 스피커, 제어부, 제1 근거리 무선통신모듈 그리고 상기 제1 근거리 무선통신모듈과 무선 통신하도록 해당 공동주택 세대의 세대 인터폰에 설치되는 제2 근거리 무선통신모듈을 포함하여 구성된다.
