The present invention relates to a vibration reduction ceiling fixture which can easily fix various types of equipment, such as water supply and sewage pipes, ducts, cable pipes, and the like onto a ceiling, and absorb and remove vibration transmitted to the fixed equipment. The vibration reduction ceiling fixture comprises: a rail unit extending in a longitudinal direction; a slide unit slidingly coupled to the rail unit; and a vibration reduction fastening unit connecting the slide unit to the equipment fixed onto the ceiling and reducing vibration transmitted to the equipment. 본 발명은 상하수도관, 덕트, 전선배관 등의 다양한 설비를 천장에 보다 쉽게 고정가능하며, 고정된 설비로 전달되는 진동을 흡수 제거 가능한 진동저감 천장 고정장치에 관한 것으로, 길이방향으로 연장 형성되는 레일부; 레일부에 슬라이드 결합되는 슬라이드 유닛; 슬라이드 유닛과 천장에 고정되는 설비를 연결하며, 설비로 전달되는 진동을 저감하는 진동저감 체결부; 를 포함하여 이루어지는 진동저감 천장 고정장치에 관한 것이다.
