The present invention relates to a height-adjustable seat legs comprising: a main leg in which a screw having a screw thread on an outer circumferential surface thereof is formed; and an adjustable leg which is inserted into a lower part of the main leg to be coupled and move up and down, and includes a height adjusting part for adjusting the height by being coupled with the penetrating screw. The height adjusting part is provided on an inner upper end of the adjusting leg, and includes a nut bundle part for tightening and fixing the screw when the height is adjusted and a nut releasing part configured to be moved up and down at a lower part of the nut bundle part so that the nut bundle part is loosened. Accordingly, it is possible to adjust the position in a wide range with simple operation, make fine adjustment of the height, and fix the position firmly after adjusting the height. 본 발명은 외주면에 나사산이 형성된 스크류가 내부에 구비된 메인다리 및 상기 메인다리의 하부를 통해 내부로 삽입되어 상하로 이동되도록 결합되고, 상기 스크류가 관통되도록 결합되어 높낮이를 조절하는 높낮이조절부가 구비된 조절다리를 포함하되, 상기 높낮이조절부는 상기 조절다리의 내측 상단에 구비되고, 높낮이가 조절되면 상기 스크류을 조여 고정시키는 너트뭉치부 및 상기 너트뭉치부의 하부에 상하로 이동되도록 구비되어 상부로 이동하면 상기 너트뭉치부가 풀리도록 구성된 너트해제부를 포함함으로써, 간편한 조작으로 넓은 범위의 위치 조절이 가능하고, 미세 높이 조절이 가능하며, 높이 조절 후 견고한 고정이 가능하다.
