The present invention relates to a method for providing accessibility evaluation information for community infrastructure supply planning to easily identify underprivileged areas requiring living infrastructure. According to the present invention, a method of providing geographic indication-based accessibility evaluation information in a device for analyzing living infrastructure comprises the following steps: generating attribute information including information on each facility and the number of populations corresponding to each of a plurality of polygons of a residential area designated with respect to a map image of received analysis target area information; calculating a travel time required by walking or transportation from one or more predetermined departure points in the plurality of residential area polygons to one or more destinations belonging to the predetermined facility and adding the calculated travel time to the attribute information; calculating an accessibility index to the one or more destinations for each of one or more predetermined areas by using the attribute information; and providing accessibility evaluation information to be visually displayed on the polygons of the plurality of residential areas on the map image to correspond to the accessibility index. 본 발명은 생활인프라 공급계획을 위한 접근성 평가 정보를 제공하는 방법에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명의 생활인프라를 분석하는 장치에서 지리적 표시 기반의 접근성 평가 정보 제공 방법은, 수신된 분석대상 지역정보의 지도 이미지에 대하여 지정한 복수의 거주지역 폴리곤에 각각 대응된 시설물의 정보 및 인구수를 포함한 속성 정보를 생성하는 단계; 상기 복수의 거주지역 폴리곤 내의 미리 결정된 하나 이상의 출발지로부터 미리 결정된 상기 시설물에 속하는 하나 이상의 목적지까지의 도보 또는 교통수단에 의한 이동소요시간을 산출하여 상기 속성 정보에 추가하는 단계: 상기 속성 정보를 이용하여 미리 결정된 하나 이상의 구역 각각에 대한 상기 하나 이상의 목적지로의 접근성 지수를 계산하는 단계; 및 상기 접근성 지수에 대응되도록 상기 지도 이미지 상에서 상기 복수의 거주지역 폴리곤에 접근성 평가 정보를 비주얼하게 표시되도록 제공하는 단계를 포함한다.
