In addition, in the terminal alignment device for arranging the terminal position of the object to be inspected used for circuit connection with a test device, a jig on which the terminal of the object to be inspected is mounted and an alignment unit for arranging the terminal position by supporting the terminal mounted on the jig from both sides may be included. 본 발명은 단자 얼라인장치에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 피 검사체의 단자 위치를 간단한 구조로 좌,우 정렬뿐만아니라, 전,후 위치까지 복합적으로 정렬시키기 위한 단자 얼라인장치에 관한 것이다. 또한, 검사장치와 회로 연결을 위해 사용되는 피 검사체의 단자 위치를 정렬시키기 위한 단자 얼라인장치에 있어서, 피 검사체의 단자가 올려지는 지그와 상기 지그에 올려진 단자를 양측에서 지지하여 단자 위치를 정렬시켜주는 정렬부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
