To increase productivity, the present invention provides a robot arm for a clean room. The robot arm comprises: an extended body unit which is molded by extrusion so that a hollow portion is opened to both sides thereof in a longitudinal direction, and has a plurality of bolt fastening portions formed along both open edges thereof to fix ends of fastening bolts; and a plurality of reduction gear fastening units which are casted as a pair to each include a mounting portion opened in a direction perpendicular to the extending direction of the extended body unit to accommodate therein and fasten a reduction gear, and a fastening end extending from the mounting portion to communicate with the hollow portion, which are coupled and welded by a laser to both sides of the extended body unit to be sealed and fixed thereto, and which each have a plurality of bolt holes formed along the edge of the fastening end to insert and communicate with the fastening bolts. 생산경제성이 개선되도록, 본 발명은 중공부가 길이방향 양측으로 개구되도록 압출 성형되어 구비되되, 개구된 양단 테두리를 따라 체결볼트의 단부가 나사 고정되는 볼트체결부가 복수개로 형성된 연장몸체부; 및 내부에 감속기가 수납 체결되도록 상기 연장몸체부의 연장방향과 직교하는 방향으로 개구되는 장착부 및 상기 장착부로부터 상기 중공부와 연통되도록 연장되는 체결단을 포함하도록 주조되어 한쌍으로 구비되며 상기 연장몸체부의 양측에 결합 및 레이저 용접되어 밀폐 고정되되, 상기 체결단의 테두리를 따라 상기 체결볼트가 삽입되는 볼트홀이 상기 볼트체결부와 연통되도록 복수개로 형성된 감속기체결부를 포함하는 클린룸용 로봇암을 제공한다.
