The present invention relates to a camera module appearance inspection camera and a camera module appearance inspection apparatus including the camera module appearance inspection camera including an image sensor module configured to obtain the image of at least a part of a camera module at an inspection position, a lens module provided on the optical path between the inspection position and the image sensor module and configured to adjust a focal length, and a lighting module configured to emit light to the inspection position, wherein the lighting module includes a coaxial lighting unit configured to emit the light to the inspection position coaxially with the optical path, a fiber lighting unit including optical fibers provided along a circumferential path of a predetermined radius with reference to the central axis of the optical path, a dome lighting unit configured to emit light to a reflective surface provided on one side such that reflected light can be emitted to the inspection position, and an inclined lighting unit configured to emit light with the inspection position inclined. With the present invention, the appearance of a camera module and a clear intra-lens assembly image can be obtained from a combination of various lights. Accordingly, the accuracy of appearance inspection can be improved. In addition, the cost and time required for a job change regarding the appearance inspection apparatus can be minimized even when the camera module that is inspected is replaced. 본 발명은, 검사위치의 카메라 모듈의 적어도 일부의 이미지를 획득할 수 있도록 구성되는 이미지 센서 모듈, 검사위치와 이미지 센서 모듈 사이의 광경로상에 구비되며, 초점거리를 조절할 수 있도록 구성되는 렌즈 모듈 및 검사위치로 광을 조사할 수 있도록 구성되는 조명 모듈을 포함하여 구성되며, 조명 모듈은, 광경로와 동축으로 검사위치에 광을 조사할 수 있도록 구성되는 동축 조명부, 광경로의 중심축을 기준으로 소정반경의 원주경로를 따라 구비되는 복수의 광 파이버를 포함하여 구성되는 파이버 조명부, 반사된 광이 검사위치에 조사될 수 있도록 일측에 구비된 반사면에 광을 조사할 수 있도록 구성되는 돔 조명부, 검사위치에 경사를 두어 광을 조사할 수 있도록 구성되는 경사 조명부를 포함하는 카메라 모듈의 외관용 검사 카메라 및 이를 포함하는 카메라 모듈의 외관 검사 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 카메라 모듈의 외관 검사 카메라 및 이를 포함하는 외관 검사 장치는 다양한 조명의 조합으로 카메라 모듈의 외관 및 렌즈 조립체 내부의 선명한 영상을 획득할 수 있어 외관 검사의 정확도를 향상시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다. 또한, 검사되는 카메라 모듈을 교체하더라도 외관 검사 장치의 잡 체인지(Job change)에 소요되는 비용 및 시간을 최소화 할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
