Summary: | According to the plasma ionizer according to the embodiments of the present invention, an electrode can be easily used and designed using a slot electrode and various arrangements thereof, and an antistatic performance can be dramatically improved. In addition, it is possible to implement the plasma ionizer capable of igniting plasma without an inert gas through various methods such as using an additional stimulus or material.
본 발명의 실시예들에 따른 플라즈마 이오나이저에 의하면, 슬롯(Slot) 전극 및 이의 다양한 배치를 이용하여 전극을 용이하게 이용 및 설계할 수 있고, 제전 성능을 획기적으로 향상시킬 수 있다. 또한, 추가적인 자극이나 물질을 이용하는 등의 다양한 방법을 통해 불활성 기체 없이도 플라즈마 점화가 가능한 플라즈마 이오나이저를 구현할 수 있다. |
