The present invention relates to a process for recycling a plastic case, including the steps of: 1) pin-rotating a plastic case through a rotating unit for a predetermined time at a predetermined angle, and carrying out vision checking of each outer wall surface of the plastic case with a first vision unit; 2) clamping the upper side of the plastic case with a clamp, lifting the clamp with a lifting/drooping unit, and carrying out vision checking of the bottom surface of the plastic case with a second vision unit; 3) dropping the clamp with the lifting/dropping unit so that the plastic case may be received in the upper portion of the rotation unit, allowing the clamp to unclamp the plastic case, disposing the first vision unit in the internal space of the plastic case with a Z/X-axis conveying unit, and carrying out vision checking of each inner wall surface of the plastic case with the first vision unit, while rotating the plastic case for a predetermined time at a predetermined angle with the rotating unit; 4) lifting the first vision unit with the Z-axis conveying unit, pivoting the lens of the first vision unit by using a pivoting unit so that the lens may be oriented to the bottom surface of the plastic case, and carrying out vision checking of the bottom surface of the plastic case with the first vision unit; and 5) vacuum-packaging a recycled case judged as passed by the first vision unit and the second vision unit. 본 발명은 플라스틱 케이스 재활용 공정에 관한 것으로, 회전부로 플라스틱 케이스를 기 설정된 시간 및 각도로 제자리 회전시키고, 제1 비전부로 플라스틱 케이스의 각 외벽면을 비전검사하는 제1 단계, 클램프로 상기 플라스틱 케이스의 상측을 클램핑 한 후, 승강부로 상기 클램프를 상승시킨 다음, 제2 비전부로 상기 플라스틱 케이스의 저면을 비전검사하는 제2 단계, 상기 승강부로 클램프를 하강시켜 상기 플라스틱 케이스를 상기 회전부의 상부에 안착한 다음, 상기 클램프가 플라스틱 케이스를 언클램핑 한 후, Z/X축 이송부로 상기 제1 비전부를 플라스틱 케이스의 내부공간에 위치시킨 다음, 상기 회전부로 상기 플라스틱 케이스를 기 설정된 시간 및 각도로 회전시켜 가면서 상기 제1 비전부로 상기 플라스틱 케이스의 각 내벽면을 비전검사하는 제3 단계, 상기 Z축 이송부로 상기 제1 비전부를 상승시킨 다음, 회동부로 상기 제1 비전부의 렌즈가 상기 플라스틱 케이스의 바닥면을 향하도록 회동시킨 후, 상기 제1 비전부로 상기 플라스틱 케이스의 바닥면을 비전검사하는 제4 단계, 상기 제1 비전부와 제2 비전부에 의해 합격판정을 받은 재활용 케이를 진공 패키징하는 제5 단계를 포함한다.
