The present invention relates to a resin composition for preventing fiber ply loosening. According to the present invention, ply loosening can be permanently prevented by using a resin composed of a thermosetting composite resin compound. More specifically, disclosed is a resin composition for preventing fiber ply loosening, wherein the resin composition comprises: ethyl acrylate; poly acrylic amide; poly urethane; methyl acrylate; formaldehyde; an antistatic agent; quaternary ammonium; maleic anhydride; and a surfactant. 본 발명은 열 경화성 복합 수지 화합물로 이루어지는 수지를 이용하여 영구적인 올 풀림 방지를 위한 섬유 올 풀림 방지용 수지 조성물에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로 에틸아크릴레이트(Ethyle Acrylate); 폴리 아크릴 아마이드(Poly Acylic Amide); 폴리우레탄(Poly Urathane); 메틸아크릴레이트(Methyl Acrylate); 포름알데하이드(Formaldehyde); 정전기 방지제, 사급 암모늄, 무수말레인산 및 계면활성제를 포함하는 섬유 올 풀림 방지용 수지 조성물이 개시된다.
