Summary: | The present invention relates to a big data-based network quality management system. More particularly, the present invention relates to a big data-based network quality management system which comprises: a plurality of network devices which perform network quality measurements between each other and calculate a network key performance index (KPI); and a management server which compares the network KPI collected in real time from the plurality of network devices with a real-time dynamic threshold to determine whether there is a network failure, determines whether to comply with a service level agreement (SLA) by comparing it with an SLA set in advance for each network device, and notifies when network failure occurs and SLA is not observed.
본 발명은 빅데이터기반 네트워크 품질관리 시스템에 관한 것이다. 보다 구체적으로, 서로 간의 네트워크 품질측정을 수행하여 네트워크 KPI를 산출하는 복수의 망장치 및 상기 복수의 망장치로부터 실시간 수집되는 네트워크 KPI를, 실시간 동적임계치와 비교하여 네트워크 장애 여부를 판단하는 동시에 망장치마다 기설정된 서비스수준협약(SLA;Service Level Agreement)과 비교하여 SLA 준수 여부를 판단하고, 네트워크 장애 발생시 및 서비스수준협약 미준수시 알림하는 관리서버를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 빅데이터기반 네트워크품질관리시스템에 관한 것이다. |
