Summary: | According to the present invention, in a manufacturing method of a battery pack using unidirectional carbon fiber, an anode of each of the batteries are covered with a first unidirectional carbon fiber connection plate to connect each other, and a cathode of each of the batteries is covered with a second unidirectional carbon fiber connection plate to connect each other. As a result, a current outputted from each electrode of the batteries flows in a certain direction along the unidirectional carbon fiber, so that heat generation is significantly reduced. Since actual output of the battery pack is close to the sum of the output of each battery, the efficiency of the battery pack is significantly improved than when using the conventional metal connection plate.
본 발명에 따른 일방향 탄소섬유를 이용한 배터리팩 제조방법은, 배터리들 각각의 양극을 제 1 일방향 탄소섬유 연결판으로 덮어서 서로 연결하고, 배터리들 각각의 음극을 제 2 일방향 탄소섬유 연결판으로 덮어서 서로 연결한다. 이로 인해, 배터리들 각각의 전극에서 출력되는 전류가 일방향 탄소섬유를 따라 일정 방향으로 흐르게 되어, 발열이 현저하게 줄어들고, 배터리팩의 실제 출력이 배터리 각각의 출력의 합에 가깝게 되어, 배터리팩의 효율이 종래 금속연결판을 사용하였을 때 보다 현저하게 향상된다. |
