According to the present invention, an air shaft is installed with a predetermined tension at a fabric/sheet/film paper inspecting machine to wind fabric/sheet/film paper which is completely inspected, wherein a series of processes with respect to the installation, replacement and supply of the air shaft can be automated to significantly improve workability. To this end, the present invention is characterized by comprising: an air shaft inserting machine (100) having a frame (110) supported with a supporter (111), and a plurality of transport rollers (112) provided on the frame (110) to forwardly transport the air shaft, wherein a transport motor (113) is provided at the front side of the frame (110) to operate a transport roller (112a) located at the front end thereof; and an air shaft winding machine (200) which receives the air shaft inserted into the air shaft inserting machine (100) to wind the same around an air shaft mounting bushing (311) of a fabric/sheet/film paper inspecting machine (300), and has a frame (210) supported with a supporter (211), an ascending and descending means (220) which is installed at both ends of the frame (210) to allow the supplied air shaft to ascend to be located up to the center of the air shaft mounting bushing (311), and allow the air shaft around which the fabric/sheet/film paper is wound to descend before discharging the same, and a frontward and rearward transport means (240) which transports the entirety of the frame (210) to the fabric/sheet/film paper inspecting machine (300). 본 발명은 원단/시트/필름지 검단기에 일정한 장력으로 에어샤프트를 설치하여 검사가 완료된 원단/시트/필름지를 권취하되, 상기 에어샤프트의 장착, 교체 및 공급 등에 관한 일련의 과정이 자동화됨으로써 작업성을 획기적으로 개선한 것으로, 이러한 본 발명은 지지대(111)에 의해 지지되는 프레임(110)과, 상기 프레임(110) 상에 에어샤프트를 전방으로 이송하는 다수의 이송롤러(112)가 구비되되, 상기 프레임(110)의 전방에는 선단에 위치하는 이송롤러(112a)를 구동하기 위한 이송모터(113)가 구비되는 에어샤프트 투입기(100)와, 상기 에어샤프트 투입기(100)에서 투입되는 에어샤프트를 공급받아 원단/시트/필름지 검단기(300)의 에어샤프트 장착부싱(311)으로 권취하는 것으로, 지지대(211)에 의해 지지되는 프레임(210)과, 상기 프레임(210)의 양 단에 설치되어 공급된 에어샤프트를 승강시켜 에어샤프트 장착부싱(311)의 센터까지 위치하고, 원단/시트/필름지가 감겨진 에어샤프트를 하강시켜 배출하는 승하강 수단(220)이 구비되며, 상기 프레임(210) 전체를 원단/시트/필름지 검단기(300)로 이송하는 전후 이송수단(240)으로 구비되는 에어샤프트 권취기(200);를 포함하는 것에 특징이 있다.
