Summary: | The present invention relates to a system and a method of packing marine products, which are able to distinguish marine products fresh enough to be eaten in a raw condition into flesh and other by-products, and to input them, respectively, into relevant packing papers by a rapid, convenient, and hygienic manner. A filler supply unit supplies a filler. A flesh supply unit puts the flesh of marine products on the filler supplied by the filler supply unit, and supplies the filler and flesh. A flesh packing paper supply unit opens an opening unit of a flesh packing paper, and supplies the flesh packing paper with the opening unit opened. A flesh input unit receives the flesh packing paper with the opening unit opened at one side from the flesh packing paper supply unit, receives the filler and flesh at the other side from the flesh supply unit, and inputs and transfers the filler and flesh into the flesh packing paper. A vacuum packing unit performs vacuum packing of the flesh packing paper with the filler and flesh inputted, which are transferred from the flesh input unit.
본 발명은 횟감이 가능한 수산물을 순살과 그 외의 부산물로 각각 구분하여 해당 포장지의 내부에 위생적이고 신속하고 간편하게 각각 투입해서 진공 포장할 수 있도록 구현한 수산물 포장 시스템 및 방법에 관한 것으로, 필러공급부가 필러를 공급하며; 순살공급부가 상기 필러공급부에서 공급한 필러 상에 수산물의 순살을 올려, 필러와 순살을 공급하며; 순살포장지공급부가 순살포장지의 개방부를 개방시켜, 개방부가 개방된 순살포장지를 공급하며; 순살투입부가 상기 순살포장지공급부로부터 개방부가 개방된 순살포장지를 일측으로 공급받고, 상기 순살공급부로부터 필러와 순살을 다른 일측으로 공급받아, 필러와 순살을 순살포장지의 내부로 투입하여 전달하며; 진공포장부가 상기 순살투입부로부터 전달되는 필러와 순살 투입 순살포장지를 진공 포장한다. |
