Summary: | The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing a lens with improved sealing efficiency, and more specifically to an apparatus for manufacturing a lens with improved sealing efficiency, comprising: a lower mold; an upper mold located to correspond to the lower mold; a lower core located at a central portion of the lower mold; an upper core located at a central portion of the upper mold to form a plurality of lenses together with the lower core; a raw material supply unit for supplying a melted raw material to the lower core and the upper core, which are coupled to each other; and a temperature adjustment unit configured to adjust temperatures of the lower core and the upper core by supplying adjusting water. According to the present invention, a temperature of a core can be uniformly maintained by the temperature adjustment unit, thereby maintaining quality of a product. In particular, a sealing state of a temperature adjustment packing can be maintained, thereby extending life.
본 발명은 밀폐효율이 향상된 렌즈제조장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 하부금형, 상기 하부금형에 대응되도록 위치되는 상부금형, 상기 하부금형의 중앙부에 위치되는 하부코어, 상기 하부코어와 함께 복수의 렌즈를 성형하도록 상부금형의 중앙부에 위치되는 상부코어, 결합된 상기 하부코어와 상부코어로 용융된 원료를 공급하기 위한 원료공급부, 및 조절수를 공급하여 상기 하부코어와 상부코어의 온도를 조절하도록 구비되는 온도조절부,를 포함한다. 상기와 같은 본 발명에 의하면, 온도조절부에 의해 코어의 온도를 일정하게 유지시킬 수 있어 제작물의 품질을 유지시킬 수 있으며, 특히, 온도조절패킹의 밀폐상태를 유지시킬 수 있어 수명을 연장시킬 수 있다. |
