The present invention relates to a device for preventing diffusion of contaminated air which can prevent diffusion of radioactive contaminants. Particularly, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the device for preventing diffusion of contaminated air comprises: a body unit capable of providing a predetermined space; a cover unit capable of preventing air in the space from spreading to the outside of the body unit; and a passage unit connected to the cover unit so as to communicate with the space provided by the body unit, and guiding the air in the space introduced from the body unit to the outside of the body unit. 본 발명은 오염 공기 확산 방지 장치에 관한 것이다. 구체적으로 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 소정의 공간을 제공할 수 있는 바디부; 상기 공간 내의 공기가 상기 바디부의 외부로 확산되는 것을 방지할 수 있는 덮개부; 및 상기 바디부가 제공하는 상기 공간과 연통되도록 상기 덮개부에 연결되며, 상기 바디부로부터 유입된 상기 공간 내의 공기를 상기 바디부의 외부로 안내하기 위한 통로부를 포함하는, 오염 공기 확산 방지 장치가 제공될 수 있다.
