Summary:The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition containing an amide compound to promote biosynthesis of lipids, a cosmetic composition for inducing differentiation from preadipocytes or stem cells to adipocytes, and a cosmetic composition for skin moisturization. According to the present invention, the composition promotes biosynthesis of lipids and, at the same time, promotes expression of peroxisome proliferator activated receptor-gamma (PPAR-γ) and a differentiated cluster 44, which are markers for indicating human adipose tissue-derived stem cells, such that differentiation from the adipose tissue-derived stem cells to matured adipocytes is promoted, thereby mitigating a volume decrease and function degradation caused by deposition of adipose tissue and providing a synergy effect in expression of a skin moisturization factor. 본 발명은 아마이드계 화합물을 포함하는 지질생합성 촉진용 화장료 조성물, 지방전구세포 또는 줄기세포에서 지방세포로의 분화 유도용 화장료 조성물, 및 피부 보습용 화장료 조성물에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따르면 지질생합성을 촉진함과 동시에 인간 지방 조직 유래 줄기세포 표지마커인 PPAR-γ와 분화 클러스터44의 발현을 촉진함으로써 지방 조직 유래 줄기세포의 성숙한 지방세포로의 분화를 촉진하여, 지방 조직 퇴축으로 인한 부피 감소와 기능 저하를 개선시킬 수 있으며, 피부보습인자의 발현에 시너지를 부여할 수 있다.
