Summary: | The present invention relates to a cooking appliance capable of cooking by combining a multi-structured composite base in various ways according to a user′s selection. The cooking appliance for cooking by combining a multi-structured composite comprises: a base portion made of a composite material and having a different heat transfer rate of a heat source according to a cooking material and a cooking method; a body portion into which a cooking ingredient is put and detachably coupled to the base portion; and a lid sealing an upper portion of the body portion.
