The present invention relates to a cooking appliance capable of cooking by combining a multi-structured composite base in various ways according to a user′s selection. The cooking appliance for cooking by combining a multi-structured composite comprises: a base portion made of a composite material and having a different heat transfer rate of a heat source according to a cooking material and a cooking method; a body portion into which a cooking ingredient is put and detachably coupled to the base portion; and a lid sealing an upper portion of the body portion. 본 발명은 다중 구조의 복합 베이스를 사용자의 선택에 따라 다양하게 조합하여 요리를 할 수 있는 요리기구에 관한 것으로, 다중 구조의 복합 베이스를 조합하여 요리를 하는 요리기구에 있어서, 복합 소재로 구성되며, 요리 재료 및 요리 방법에 따라 열원의 열전달율이 다르게 형성되는 베이스부; 상기 요리 재료가 투입되고, 상기 베이스부가 분리 가능하게 결합되는 바디부; 및 상기 바디부의 상부를 밀폐시키는 뚜껑;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
