The present invention relates to a system for providing a dining menu for nursing home seniors to supply nutrients and calories suitable for the nursing home seniors and a performing method thereof. According to the present invention, a device for providing a senior dining menu service comprises: a disease effect database for each food material storing information on diseases affected well or badly when being taken by each food material; a senior personal information database for each nursing home storing personal information of seniors who reside in the nursing home; a physical information relation database for each disease storing physical information helpful in the treatment of corresponding diseases for each disease; a treatment assistance information generation unit using the physical information relation database for each disease and the senior personal information stored in the senior personal information database for each nursing home to generate treatment assistance information for treating a senior′s diseases; a dining menu generation reference information generation unit generating dining menu generation reference information based on a tooth state of the physical information and living information among the senior personal information extracted from the senior personal information database for each nursing home; and a dining menu generation unit using the disease effect database for each food material, the senior personal information database for each nursing home, the treatment assistance information, and the dining menu generation reference information. 본 발명에 따른 시니어용 전문식단 서비스 제공 장치는 식재료 각각에 대해서 해당 식재료를 섭취 시 좋은 영향을 미치는 질환 및 나쁜 영향을 미치는 질환에 대한 정보가 저장되어 있는 식재료 별 질환 영향 데이터베이스, 요양 시설에서 머무르는 시니어의 개인 정보가 저장되어 있는 요양 시설 별 시니어 개인 정보 데이터베이스, 질환 별 해당 질환의 치료에 도움이 되는 신체 정보가 저장되어 있는 질환 별 신체 정보 관계 데이터베이스, 상기 질환 별 신체 정보 관계 데이터베이스 및 상기 요양 시설 별 시니어 개인 정보 데이터베이스에 저장된 시니어 개인 정보를 이용하여 시니어의 질환의 치료를 위한 치료 도움 정보를 생성하는 치료 도움 정보 생성부, 상기 요양 시설 별 시니어 개인 정보 데이터베이스에서 추출한 시니어 개인 정보 중 신체 정보의 치아 상태 및 생활 정보를 기초로 식단 생성 참조 정보를 생성하는 식단 생성 참조 정보 생성부 및 상기 식재료 별 질환 영향 데이터베이스, 상기 요양 시설 별 시니어 개인 정보 데이터베이스, 상기 치료 도움 정보 및 식단 생성 참조 정보를 이용하여 식단을 생성하는 식단 생성부를 포함한다.
