Summary:The present invention provides a fiber reinforced plastic propeller for an unmanned aerial vehicle with a high quality and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein the fiber reinforced plastic propeller for an unmanned aerial vehicle applies the fiber reinforced plastic thereto, thereby providing a structure for reinforcing strength and rigidity of a propeller as a structural material, improving the performance of the propeller, and reducing a cost. To this end, the fiber reinforced plastic propeller for an unmanned aerial vehicle of the present invention includes: a foam core positioned therein; a first prepreg layer stacked on a surface of the foam core; and a second prepreg layer stacked on a surface of the first prepreg layer. A fiber arrangement direction of the first prepreg layer is arranged in a longitudinal direction of the propeller. A fiber arrangement direction of the second prepreg layer is arranged at an angle of ±45 degrees with respect to the longitudinal direction of the propeller. 본 발명은 무인항공기용 프로펠러에 섬유강화플라스틱을 적용함에 있어, 구조재로서 프로펠러의 강도, 강성을 보강하기 위한 구조를 제공할 수 있고, 프로펠러 성능을 향상시킬 수 있으며, 비용을 저감할 수 있는 고품질의 무인항공기용 섬유강화플라스틱 프로펠러 및 그의 제조방법을 제공하는 것이다. 이를 위해 본 발명의 무인항공기용 섬유강화플라스틱 프로펠러는 내부에 위치한 폼코어, 폼코어의 표면에 적층된 제1프리프레그층; 및 제1프리프레그층의 표면에 적층된 제2프리프레그층을 포함하며, 제1 프리프레그층은 섬유 배열 방향이 상기 프로펠러의 길이방향으로 배치되고, 제2 프리프레그층은 섬유 배열 방향이 프로펠러의 길이방향에 대하여 ±45도 각도로 배치된다.
