Summary:The present invention relates to a fuel supply system of a liquefied hydrogen fuel cell propulsion ship and an operating method thereof, which can supply a certain amount of hydrogen gas to a fuel cell using a hydrogen storage alloy, and utilize the cold heat of the hydrogen gas vaporized and discharged from a liquefied hydrogen storage unit so as to cool and circulate air discharged from a refrigeration system mounted in the ship. According to the present invention, the fuel supply system of the liquefied hydrogen fuel cell propulsion ship comprises: a liquefied hydrogen storage tank for storing liquefied hydrogen; a fuel transport pipe guiding hydrogen gas vaporized in and discharged from the liquefied hydrogen storage tank to a fuel cell; a ventilation unit through which cooled air is discharged after heat exchange between the hydrogen gas passing through the fuel transport pipe and heat emitted from the refrigeration system of the ship; an injection control unit provided on an outlet portion of the fuel transport pipe, and controls the amount of hydrogen gas passing through the ventilation unit and flowing along the fuel transport pipe to be supplied the fuel cell; and a supply control unit which discharges the vaporized hydrogen gas from the liquefied hydrogen storage tank to the fuel transport pipe. 본 발명은 수소저장합금을 이용하여 연료전지에 일정한 양의 수소 가스를 공급할 수 있으며, 액화수소 저장부에서 기화되어 배출되는 수소 가스의 냉열을 활용하여 선박에 탑재된 냉동시스템에서 배출되는 공기를 냉각시켜 순환시킬 수 있는 액화수소 연료전지 추진 선박의 연료공급 시스템 및 그 작동 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 액화수소 연료전지 추진 선박의 연료공급 시스템은, 액화수소를 저장하는 액화수소 저장탱크; 상기 액화수소 저장탱크에서 기화되어 배출된 수소 가스를 연료전지로 안내하는 연료수송배관; 상기 연료수송배관을 통과하는 수소 가스와 선박의 냉동시스템에서 배출되는 열기의 열교환이 이루어진 후 냉각된 공기가 배출되는 환기부; 상기 연료수송배관의 출구 부분에 설치되며, 상기 환기부를 통과하여 연료수송배관을 따라 유동하는 수소 가스가 연료전지로 공급되는 양을 제어하는 주입제어부; 및, 상기 액화수소 저장탱크로부터 연료수송배관으로 기화된 수소 가스를 배출하고 공급제어부;를 포함한다.
