A casting tape packaging device capable of separating a tape core material rapidly and accurately includes: a feed roller on which casting tape is wound; a support roller which supports the casting tape supplied from the feed roller; a rolling shaft into which a tape core material is detachably inserted, and which receives power from a drive motor fixed to a drive body and rotates the tape core material so that the casting tape passed through the support roller can be wound around the tape core material; a core material take-out member including a take-out disk which has a through hole formed so that the rolling shaft can be disposed through the same, and a pushing rod which is connected to the take-out disk by a connection member and receives power from a linear actuator fixed to the drive body to linearly move between a reception position where the take-out disk is set inside the drive body to be positioned at a tip end portion of the rolling shaft, and a take-out position where the take-out disk is taken out of the drive body to be positioned at a distal portion of the rolling shaft, wherein the core material take-out member separates the tape core material inserted into the rolling shaft from the rolling shaft as the take-out disk moves between the tip end portion and the distal portion of the rolling shaft; and a control unit controlling the operation of the feed roller, the rolling shaft, and the core material take-out member. 캐스팅 테이프 포장 장치는 캐스팅 테이프가 권취되는 공급 롤러와, 공급 롤러로부터 공급되는 캐스팅 테이프를 지지하는 지지 롤러와, 테이프 심재가 분리 가능하게 삽입되며, 테이프 심재 상에 지지 롤러를 통과한 캐스팅 테이프가 권취되도록 구동 본체에 고정된 구동 모터로부터 동력을 전달 받아 테이프 심재를 회전시키는 롤링 샤프트와, 롤링 샤프트가 관통되어 배치되도록 관통공이 형성된 인출 디스크와, 연결 부재에 의해 인출 디스크와 연결되며 구동 본체에 고정된 선형 액추에이터로부터 동력을 전달 받아 인출 디스크가 롤링 샤프트의 선단부에 위치하도록 구동 본체 내부에 배치되는 수납 위치와 인출 디스크가 롤링 샤프트의 말단부에 위치하도록 구동 본체 외부로 인출되는 인출 위치 간에 선형 이동하는 푸싱 로드를 포함하여 인출 디스크가 롤링 샤프트의 선단부와 말단부 사이를 이동함에 따라 롤링 샤프트에 삽입된 테이프 심재를 롤링 샤프트로부터 분리하는 심재 인출 부재와, 공급 롤러, 롤링 샤프트 및 심재 인출 부재의 동작을 제어하는 제어부를 포함한다.
