A variable silencer according to the present invention comprises: a silencer housing which is connected to a vent pipe and has an inner noise reduction space unit; and at least one noise variable blocking unit which is installed at the noise reduction space unit of the silencer housing, and has a support frame in which bearing units are formed at a central portion around a first penetrating hole, and ribs are radially formed from the bearing units, thereby forming second penetration holes at the portion of the first penetration hole, noise blocking blades including a first blocking unit which is rotatably supported with the bearing units of the support frame and can open and close the second penetrating holes and a second blocking unit which is installed at a predetermined angle from the first blocking unit at the bearing units of the first blocking unit, and an elastic member which is individually installed at the support frame and the noise blocking blades and elastically biases the first blocking unit of the noise blocking blades towards the support frame. Therefore, noise can be reduced. 본 발명에 다른 가변소음기는 배기관과 연결되며 내부 소음감소공간부가 형성된 소음기하우징과, 상기 소음기하우징의 소음감소공간부에 설치되는 것으로, 중앙부에 제1관통공의 주위에 축수부들이 형성되고, 이 축수부로부터 방사상으로 리브들이 형성됨으로써 상기 제 1관통공의 부위에 제 2관통공들이 형성된 지지프레임을 구비하고, 상기 지지프레임의 축수부들에 회전가능하게 지지되며 상기 제 2관통공들을 개폐하기위한 제 1차단부와, 상기 제 1차단부의 축수부측에 제 1차단부로부터 소정의 각도로 설치되는 제 2차단부를 가지는 소음차단블레이드들와, 지지프레임과 소음차단블레이드들에 각각 설치되어 사이 소음차단블레이드의 제 1차단부를 상기 지지프레임측으로 탄성바이어스 시키는 탄성부재를 구비한 소음가변차단유닛을 적어도 하나 구비한다.
