The brown gas supply device for reducing smoke in a vehicle supplies brown gas (HHO) to an internal combustion engine to increase fuel efficiency and reduce smoke in a vehicle and provides stability to help prevention of the discharge of a vehicle battery by cutting off power from the vehicle battery when distilled water runs out or battery voltage drops during the supply of the brown gas (HHO). 차량의 매연저감을 위한 브라운 가스 공급장치에 대한 발명이 개시된다. 개시된 차량의 매연저감을 위한 브라운 가스 공급장치는, 차량의 연료 효율 증대 및 매연 저감을 위해 내연기관으로 브라운 가스(HHO)를 공급하고, 브라운 가스(HHO) 공급시 증류수가 떨어지거나 혹은 배터리 전압이 떨어지는 일이 발생되는 경우, 차량 배터리로부터의 전원을 차단하여 차량 배터리의 방전 방지에 도움이되는 안정성을 갖게 한 것을 제공한다.
