Summary:The present invention relates to a production method of a genome-edited Chinese cabbage having a trait with delayed seed stalk development, which comprises the steps of: introducing DNA encoding guide RNA specific for target DNA consisting of nucleotide sequences of SEQ ID NO: 1 of the Chinese cabbage derived suppressor of over-expression of constans 1 (SOC1) gene and a recombinant vector including nucleic acid sequences encoding endonuclease protein into plant cells to edit genome; and re-differentiating plants from the plant cells in which the genome is edited. 본 발명은 배추 유래(Supperssor of overexpression of constans 1) 유전자 중 서열번호 1의 염기서열로 이루어진 표적 DNA에 특이적인 가이드 RNA를 암호화하는 DNA 및 엔도뉴클레아제 단백질을 암호화하는 핵산 서열을 포함하는 재조합 벡터를 식물세포에 도입하여 유전체를 교정하는 단계; 및 상기 유전체가 교정된 식물세포로부터 식물을 재분화하는 단계를 포함하는, 추대가 지연된 형질을 가지는 유전체 교정 배추 식물체의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
