Summary:The present invention relates to a smart monitoring and controlling type pump floodgate which is characterized by comprising: a measuring unit which measures the voltage and the current supplied to a motor after passing through a motor startup panel or a pump floodgate control unit from the outside and the parameter of each of the temperature, the humidity, the insulation and the vibration of the motor to monitor and control the motor and a pump; a setting unit which sets the control range of each parameter; and a monitoring control unit which can perform monitoring by measuring each parameter before operation, during operation and after operation of the motor and the pump in real time before converting the same into digital data and storing the same, can compare the data to a predetermined parameter for calculation, determination, notification and display in order to continue, control or stop the operation, can correct the predetermined parameter on site, can display the result thereof to a display unit in real time, and can transmit the same to a central control unit, the pump floodgate control unit and/or a remote place by a wired and wireless signal. In addition, the monitoring control unit may further comprise: a pump which is safely operated according to a control algorithm after a communication means is constructed; and an opening and closing device which mounts the pump on the floodgate to open and close the same. Therefore, the smart monitoring and controlling type pump floodgate can be organically monitored and controlled on site and/or a remote place in real time. 본 발명은 스마트 감시제어형 펌프수문에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 전동기와 펌프를 감시제어하기 위하여 외부에서 전동기기동반 또는 펌프수문제어유니트를 거쳐 전동기로 공급되는 전압, 전류 및 전동기의 온도, 습도, 절연, 진동의 각 파라미터를 측정하는 측정부와 상기 각 파라미터의 제어범위를 설정하는 설정부와, 전동기와 펌프의 운전전, 운전중, 운전후의 각 파라미터를 실시간으로 측정, 디지털변환 및 저장하는 감시와 그 데이터를 설정파라미터와 비교, 연산, 판정, 알람, 표시, 구동을 계속, 제어 또는 정지시키며, 설정파라미터를 현장에서 수정할 수 있고, 그 결과를 실시간으로 표시부에 표시하며, 유무선통신 신호로 중앙제어유니트 또는 펌프수문제어유니트 및/또는 원격지로 송출할 수 있는 감시제어유니트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이렇게 구성된 감시제어유니트에 통신수단을 구성하여 제어알고리즘에 따라 안전하게 구동되는 펌프와, 수문에 상기 펌프를 탑재하여 개폐하는 개폐기를 포함하는 펌프수문을 현장 및/또는 원격지에서 실시간 유기적으로 감시제어하는 스마트 감시제어형 펌프수문에 관한 것이다.
