Summary:Disclosed in the present invention is a sludge drying apparatus. The sludge drying apparatus comprises: a case which is provided with a space portion forming a drying chamber therein; a sludge introducing means which is located above one end of the case to introduce sludge into the drying chamber; a sludge feeding conveyor which is arranged inside the case while having a predetermined distance along an upward or downward direction, and which circulates the sludge introduced through the sludge introducing means, to the inside of the drying chamber; an air circulating fan which is located outside the case to supply air into the drying chamber via an air circulation duct communicating with the inside of a lower side of the drying chamber; a heat pump means which is located on one side of the case to heat or dehydrate air inside the drying chamber; and a sludge discharging means which is located below the case to discharge the sludge introduced through the sludge introducing means and dried through the sludge feeding conveyor. The sludge drying apparatus can reduce the risk of fire through low-temperature drying, can increase energy efficiency and achieve a low cost by recycling waste heat, and can improve the working environment. 본 발명은 슬러지 건조장치를 개시한다. 본 발명은, 내부에 건조실을 이루도록 공간부가 마련된 케이스와; 케이스의 일측 상단에 위치되며 건조실 내부로 슬러지를 투입하는 슬러지 투입수단과; 케이스 내부에 상,하 방향을 따라 일정간격을 두고 배열 설치되며, 슬러지 투입수단을 통해 투입된 슬러지를 건조실 내부로 순환시키는 슬러지 이송 컨베이어와; 케이스의 외부에 위치되며, 건조실 하측 내부와 연통되는 에어순환 덕트를 통해 건조실 내부에 에어를 공급하는 에어순환팬과; 케이스의 일측에 위치되어 건조실 내부의 에어를 가열 및 제습시키는 히트펌프수단과; 케이스의 하부에 위치되며, 슬러지 투입수단에 의해 투입되고 슬러지 이송 컨베이어를 거치며 건조된 슬러지를 배출하기 위한 슬러지 토출수단;을 포함하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 것으로서, 저온건조를 통한 발화위험성을 감소시키고 폐열 재활용을 통한 에너지 효율의 상승 및 저비용과 작업환경을 개선할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
