Summary:The present invention relates to a transfer table system for monorail and a control method thereof. An objective of the present invention is to provide a transfer table system and a control method thereof which allow a vehicle moving unit to be installed to connect a running track and a maintenance track, and prevent stress caused by stretching and relaxation of the running track by a temperature change from being transferred to the vehicle moving unit to facilitate the movement of a track vehicle by the vehicle moving unit. The transfer table system for monorail comprises: a running track unit wherein a running rail coming in rolling contact with wheels of a track vehicle is diagonally cut to include a main rail consisting of a long rail and a fixed rail consisting of a short rail, and the fixed rail is fixed and installed on a bottom surface by a fixing frame; a maintenance track unit separated from the running track unit by a prescribed distance to be installed; a vehicle moving unit fixed and installed on the bottom surface to be arranged in a direction perpendicular to the running track unit and the maintenance track unit to move vehicles in parallel; and a support unit wherein one end thereof is fixed and installed on the fixing frame of the running track unit, and the other end thereof is fixed and installed on a base frame of the vehicle moving unit to support to maintain a constant gap between the vehicle moving unit and the running track unit. The fixing frame of the running track unit fixed and installed on the bottom surface and the base frame of the vehicle moving unit are connected and supported by the support unit to absorb stretching and relaxation from the running track unit caused by a temperature change between the main rail and the fixed rail and prevent the stretching and relaxation from being transferred to the vehicle moving unit. 본 발명은 모노레일용 천차대 시스템과 그 제어방법에 관한 것으로, 그 목적은 주행선로부와 정비선로부가 연결되도록 차량이동부가 설치되되, 온도변화에 의한 주행선로부의 신축이완에 따른 변형력이 차량이동부로 전달되지 않도록 하여 차량이동부에 의한 궤도차량의 이동이 원활하게 이루어질 수 있는 천차대 시스템과 그 제어방법을 제공하는 것이다. 본 발명은 궤도차량의 바퀴가 구름접촉되는 주행레일이 사선으로 절단되어 장레일로 이루어진 메인레일과, 단레일로 이루어진 고정레일로 이루어지고, 고정레일이 고정프레임에 의해 바닥면에 고정설치된 주행선로부; 주행선로부에서 소정거리 이격되어 설치되는 정비선로부; 주행선로부와 정비선로부에 직교하는 방향으로 배치되도록 바닥면에 고정설치되어 차량을 평행이동시키는 차량 이동부; 주행선로부의 고정프레임에 일측단이 고정설치되고, 차량이동부의 베이스프레임에 타측단이 고정설치되어 차량이동부와 주행선로부의 사이간격이 일정하게 유지되도록 지지하는 지지부;를 포함하도록 하여, 바닥면에 고정지지된 주행선로부의 고정프레임과 차량이동부의 베이스 프레임이 지지부에 의해 연결 지지되어, 온도변화에 따른 주행선로부의 신축이완이 메인레일과 고정레일 사이에서 흡수되고, 차량이동부로 전달되지 않도록 구성되어 있다.
