Summary:The present invention relates to a goniometer stage comprising: a base stage fixated at a lower side and having a curved guide to form a concave curved path on an upper surface thereof; a moving stage coupled on the upper side of the base stage to perform a curved motion along the curved guide; a slider installed on the base stage to perform a linear reciprocating motion in parallel with the curved guide; a ball screw connected to the slider so that the slider can perform the linear reciprocating motion; a driver applying a rotational force to the ball screw; a hooking member positioned at the upper part of the slider and transferring a force, in accordance with the linear reciprocating motion of the slider, to the moving stage; and a ball rotating body rotatable and having a rotating center fixated at a preset position by a support member installed at the lower part of the moving stage, wherein the hooking member transfers the force to the moving stage through the ball rotating body, thereby enabling the moving stage to receive the force due to the linear reciprocating motion of the slider to perform the curved motion along the curved guide. The goniometer stage can very precisely control the angle of the moving stage. 본 발명은 고니오 스테이지에 관한 것으로, 아래쪽에 고정되며 상면에 오목한 곡선 경로를 갖도록 곡선 가이드가 형성된 베이스 스테이지; 상기 베이스 스테이지의 위쪽에서 상기 곡선 가이드를 따라서 곡선 이동하도록 결합된 이동 스테이지; 상기 베이스 스테이지에 설치되어 곡선 가이드에 나란한 방향으로 직선 왕복운동을 수행하는 슬라이더; 상기 슬라이더가 직선 왕복운동을 수행할 수 있도록 상기 슬라이더에 연결된 볼스크류; 상기 볼스크류에 회전력을 부여하는 구동기; 상기 슬라이더의 상부에 위치하며, 슬라이더의 직선 왕복운동에 따른 힘을 상기 이동 스테이지에 전달하기 위한 걸림부재; 및 상기 이동 스테이지의 하부에 설치된 지지부재에 의해서 소정 위치에 회전 중심이 고정되며, 회전이 가능한 볼회전체를 포함하며, 상기 걸림부재가 상기 볼회전체를 통해서 상기 이동 스테이지에 힘을 전달함으로써, 상기 이동 스테이지는 상기 슬라이더의 직선 왕복운동에 의한 힘을 전달받아 상기 곡선 가이드를 따라서 곡선 이동하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
