Summary:The present invention relates to a functional low-calorie konjac food item, and a preparing method thereof. The functional low-calorie konjac food item comprises: grains; konjac; plant extracts; and a paste reinforcing agent. The functional low-calorie konjac food item comprises: 0.5-2.0 parts by weight of the konjac; 3.0-8.0 parts by weight of the plant extracts; and 0.2-3.0 parts by weight of the paste reinforcing agent with respect to 100 parts by weight of a mixture of the grains and the konjac. According to the present invention, the functional low-calorie konjac food item includes the low-calorie konjac and the natural plant extracts, thereby having functionality beneficial to weight loss and the health, and exhibits improved noodle-making characteristics and taste, thereby having high consumer preferences. 본 발명은 저칼로리의 기능성 곤약식품 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 곡물; 곤약; 식물 추출물; 및 반죽 강화제를 포함하되, 상기 곤약은 곡물과 곤약의 혼합물 100 중량부에 대하여 0.5 ~ 2.0 중량부로 포함되고, 상기 식물 추출물은 곡물과 곤약의 혼합물 100 중량부에 대하여 3.0 ~ 8.0 중량부로 포함되며, 상기 반죽 강화제는 곡물과 곤약의 혼합물 100 중량부에 대하여 0.2 ~ 3.0 중량부로 포함된 곤약식품 및 그 제조방법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 저칼로리의 곤약과 천연 식물 추출물을 포함하여, 다이어트 및 건강에 유익한 기능성을 가지며, 제면 특성 및 맛 등이 향상되어 소비자 선호도가 높은 효과를 갖는다.
