Summary: | The present invention relates to a nature-friendly vegetation block which can be conveniently installed at low costs, and a vegetation method using the same. The vegetation block contains 20-30 parts by weight of compost, 1-2 parts by weight of a soil moisturizer, 0.5-1 part by weight of an adhesive, 0.1-0.5 parts by weight of paper, 0.01-0.05 parts by weight of a germination rooting promoter, and 10-20 parts by weight of water with respect to 100 parts by weight of red clay. The compost comprises 12.7-19.05 parts by weight of coco peat, 3-4.5 parts by weight of peat moss, 1.2-1.8 parts by weight of vermiculite, 2-3 parts by weight of zeolite, 1-1.5 parts by weight of perlite, 0.036-0.054 parts by weight of a fertilizer, 0.002-0.003 parts by weight of a wetting agent, and 0.06-0.09 parts by weight of a pH regulator. The vegetation method using a vegetation block comprises: a step of sifting red clay and compost with a sieve of a prescribed size; a step of mixing the red clay and the compost to make a primary mixture, and adding water and a soil moisturizer to the primary mixture to regulate a water content to 50-70%; a step of adding an adhesive, paper, and a germination rooting promoter to the primary mixture to manufacture a secondary mixture; a step of inserting the secondary mixture into a forming frame to press the secondary mixture; a step of drying a formed object obtained in the pressing step; a step of packaging the formed object in an outer cover; and a step of using a drilling machine to drill cut ground, and inserting the formed object.
본 발명은 식생블럭 및 이를 이용한 식생방법에 관한 것으로, 식생블럭은 황토 100중량부에 대하여 퇴비 20 내지 30중량부, 토양보습제 1 내지 2중량부, 접착제 0.5 내지 1중량부, 종이 0.1 내지 0.5중량부, 발아발근촉진제 0.01 내지 0.05중량부, 물 10 내지 20중량부를 함유하며, 상기 퇴비는 코코피트 12.70 내지 19.05중량부, 피트모스 3.0 내지 4.5중량부, 질석 1.2 내지 1.8중량부, 제오라이트 2 내지 3중량부, 펄라이트 1 내지 1.5중량부, 비료 0.036 내지 0.054중량부, 습윤제 0.002 내지 0.003중량부, ph조절제 0.06 내지 0.09중량부로 조성된 것을 특징으로 하고, 식생블럭 및 이를 이용한 식생방법은 황토와 퇴비를 일정한 크기의 체로 거르는 단계; 상기 황토와 퇴비를 혼합하여 1차 혼합물을 만들고, 상기 1차 혼합물에 물, 토양보습제를 투입하여 수분 함량을 50 내지 70%로 조절하는 단계; 상기 1차 혼합물에 접착제, 종이, 발아발근촉진제를 투입하여 2차 혼합물을 제조하는 단계; 상기 2차 혼합물을 성형틀에 투입하여 가압하는 단계; 상기 가압 단계에서 얻은 성형물을 건조시키는 단계; 상기 성형물을 외피로 포장하는 단계; 절토지에 천공기를 이용하여 천공하고, 상기 성형물을 삽입하는 단계;를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다. |
